Two cultured layers in one cup. Both are built on Greek yogurt and kefir — we add collagen for the boost. No artificial colours, no shortcuts. Just the good stuff, made to taste like a treat.

our story

how snowfall
was born

It started with my four-year-old.

He was obsessed with ice cream — and like any parent, I was desperate to get more protein and probiotics into him. Anyone with a four-year-old knows just how impossible that is.

So I made something better: a dessert soft and beautiful enough that he begged for it, but built on cultured Greek yogurt and kefir — high in protein, with no artificial colours and no shortcuts.

then I tucked it beneath my Marylebone jewellery store — a hidden gem serving the thing I love most to eat.
